I meant to make a post last night to say thanks to guys in Colorado for coming out to Colocomps and hanging out with us.
We ran 680 miles through powerful thunderstorms (why does it always storm when I hit the Colorado line?), met Maxdoc in Omaha,NE and avoided the Gestapo police net spread between Omaha and Lincoln. Got to the Castle and checked in and called Wayne. 10 minutes later we made it to Wayne's house.I now know why Woody75 never answers his phone. Woody is sitting in the living room with this beautiful girl. They are touching pinky fingers and Woody is quoting from the Elmer Fudd Book of Love, "I wuv you. I wuv you more!" Its kinda embarrassing to see a grown man behave that way, but Michelle is the kind of girl that could do that to a guy. We shall miss you Woody. ;) MusashiSword is there not feeling the best, but still in good spirit. I sit down to start to conversate with his, and Wayne's wife, Teresa starts handing me margaritas and shots of tequila (geeez, too bad I drove my car to their house). Zluster shows up and brings more beer, and even puts a case and a half in my car, in the event that the Utah Club doesnt come through. Thanks Sam. The food is great and Teresa is so happy when I come back for seconds. She piles some more on the plate for me, plus another margarita and shot of tequila (know when to say when, Ballistic. drink responsibly). Geez, I'd better get out of here, before I get smashed. Anyways, good to see the gang again. I was too tired last night to post pictures but we will get some soon. BTW< the little glow swords were not my idea. ;)
